Illinois Interlopers Party on 7-6-07
7 July 2007This past Friday, the Ingenuous Illinois Interlopers, a group of Illinois professionals, held a networking party at the Maxwell Street sim in Second Life. The theme of this party was “A Taste of SL Chicago”, an homage to the real life event taking place in Chicago at the same time. Approximately 25-30 AVs came to our events, which was a big success. Attendees also ate such virtual foods as hotdogs, dim sum, fruit, an Irish feast, pizza, and cookies. These monthly social events are a great way for Illinoisans to meet and hopefully connect for real life collaborations.
